Lisa Smyth has a Bachelor of Design (interiors) from the University of Technology, Sydney. Lisa has a professional career spanning over 25 years, working in varied sized design practices & on differing project types, including commercial developments, residential projects, & corporate office interiors both in Australia & throughout South East Asia. Lisa worked for Geyer in Sydney as a senior designer and was appointed associate in 2002. She was responsible for managing design teams on a number of landmark commercial office tenancy fitouts for client such as IBM, Compaq and Deutche bank.

Having grown up in Zimbabwe and South Africa, Nicola moved to London to pursue her passion for architecture and interiors in 2008, qualifying later with a Ba (hons) and Masters in Architecture from the University of Westminster, she is currently a registered member of the architect’s registration board (UK). Nicola has 12+ years professional experience designing and delivering private residential projects in London, having worked for small, design-led practices. Through the use of considered design and materials, Nicola enjoys the challenge of achieving a client’s aspirations for their new home, and how they intend to live day-to-day.

Jason has obtained a Master of Architecture from the University of Sydney. Over the past 10+ years, Jason has worked on a myriad of projects across many residential and commercial sectors. It was his passion for the more personal and considered nature of high-end residential projects which led Jason to join the Smyth and Smyth team in early 2021. Jason is passionate about the opportunity to work closely with a client to deliver their dream home and to inspire new ways of living.

After completing his Bachelor of Design and Master of Architecture at QUT and working on various scales of residential developments in Brisbane he relocated to London. There he worked for several years at a prestigious residential firm gaining exposure working on some of the most exclusive homes in the UK. Cody has since relocated to Sydney with the goal of bringing an elevated and refined European touch to his projects. With 10 years of experience in the industry Cody combines his architectural experience with a passion for interiors to design functional and beautiful homes tailored to the specific needs of his clients.

Emily Hollier is an Interior Designer with a wide breadth of experience, both locally and internationally. She graduated from the University of Sydney in 2002 with a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours Class I). In her early career, she worked in London as a Graduate of Architecture with internationally acclaimed YOO, working closely with renowned designer, Phillipe Starck. In this role she led luxury multi-unit residential projects worldwide. She also worked in Dubai as an Interior Designer with locally renowned hotel designers LWD Interior Design.

In Sydney, she has held senior positions at SJB Interiors, HASSELL, and Bates Smart, where she has worked on a variety of residential and hospitality projects. More recently, Emily led her own design practice where she designed and delivered bespoke residential projects. Emily is passionate about thoughtful Interior Design and spatial planning. She enjoys working closely with clients and consultants to deliver exceptional spaces for her clients.
